Lillian joined the D C Clement State Farm team on January 1, 2026, bringing a strong background in customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Before joining our agency, she developed valuable leadership and customer service experience as a shift lead manager at 30 Bird Bakery in downtown Bowling Green.
Lillian also came to our team with experience in the insurance industry. During her time with Farmers Insurance, she worked on the service side of the business, assisting agents and team members with problem-solving and providing dependable support. That experience gave her a solid foundation for understanding both the service and relationship sides of insurance.
Energetic, dependable, and always eager to help, Lillian enjoys making sure customers feel welcomed and supported when they contact our office. She assists customers with a variety of insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, boat, and business insurance.
