"This State Farm office, everytime I have renewed, has slapped extra charges on after the fact even though I paid in full for 6 months. This has happened every single 6 month period I have worked with this agent. Then, with no notice, no accidents, no violations, no tickets, they stopped renewing my insurance as they had been. I wasn't dropped, I'm still eligible for State Farm. So after discovering this, I have tried multiple times this week to repurchase insurance. After trying three days in a row to re purchase insurance, their payment screen literally won't load on any device or on any network. I decide I'll try one more time over the phone. I call the main State Farm 800 number, after navigating through the phone menu, the phone system informs me that my local office is closed, and hang up on me. If I wanted to talk to the local office, I would have called the local office during their hours. And if State Farm wanted my money they would have had it Monday. I will no longer be dealing with this State Farm office, and likely won't work with State Farm at all anymore."
